This is RIDICULOUS! Bought it and can't PLAY IT!

Bought this on Google Play on Android, i'm running on an ASUS ZenPad 3S 10 (Z500M) with Android Version 7.0 and the background screens are MISSING, the options DON'T EVEN SHOW UP CORRECTLY and when I go to create a character NONE of the character portraits show up at all!

I seriously didn't expect this, especially considering how new my tablet is, this is just ridiculous. UM...could you tell me if you plan to update this so I can play the game I bought please?!

    Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling with other running programs (like browsers and virus checkers) disabled?

    Guaranteed they haven't taken into account Mediatek processors, probably focused mainly on Snapdragon and Tegra is my guess, which is an oversight.
