BGEE additional content purchase disappeared on new iPad

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I purchased all additional add on content for BGEE on my iPad 2 and when I just copied all my backup data onto my new iPad Air all character files copied over but none of the extra purchasable content? How can I get this for my new iPad without purchasing again? Anyone who has dealt with this that can help solve this problem on iOS greatly appreciated.
