Invoker wand saving throw penalty works ?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hi
The question is if i use fire wand with Dynaheir, the invoker specialization works with that wand or not ? Or the sleeping wand with Xan?

    I once made a Conjurer because I thought that would help me with summoning Elementals. But the odds of winning that mental battle were unaffected. I was seriously annoyed at that.

    So in bgee, both enchanter and invoker are so strong with wands too.
