missing lua file in my mydocuments folder for PST- for using the console

in Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition
First of all I'm using the 1 disc dvd version from 2009. I've gotten some mods to work, but can't get the console up because I don't have a .lua file in my (I'm the only one who used this PC)C:/users/adminstrator/mydocuments folder, nor is there any mention of black isle or planescape torment on it. Nor, it is in the C:/users/adminstrator/appdata folder. In fact, I tried searching my system for any .lua file (I'm using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit) it can't find any on my system, period. This is the thread I'm looking at

    2009? Isn't that the original version and not the Enhanced Edition? That would explain why there is no .lua file as the original did not use that. You Will have to search the web for how to activate such codes on the original version of the game

    It's not the original that was like a 6 dvd set in 1999, but it's not EE, either. As for finding it on my version there's doesn't appear to be anything I can find in a search that tells me how. I've done many searches so if you find it tell me what search terms you used.
