Where are all the poison daggers in bg2?

  You mean poison throwing daggers? In my game Arledian (the fence upstairs of Gaelan Bayle) and Rattel the fence (Shadow thief stronghold) have those for sale, and also the half-orc thief lady that appears at night at the right corner of the Slums. I remember looting some from one of the harpers that attack the party during Jaheira's quests. Note that my game is heavily modded, so vanilla game may differ.

  How did you manage to mod Baldur's Gate II? I have never tried but I have gotten all of the poison daggers aside from the harper.

  Modding is a whole different subject, there are many and I mean, MANY mods you can add to the game. New npcs, quests, areas, kits, items, etc. Anything you can dream of can be added to the game. However there are excellent/good and bad/terrible mods.
  
  You may search the major modding sites, gibberlings3 and spellhold studios. Modding is easy to do, you just download the mod file, place it into your bg2 folder and use the exe file.
  
  However, if you are new to modding you should start simple and easy, just add one or two npc you like from the modlist, a single quest maybe. Spell revisions and item revisions may be fun, too. Do not install difficulty mods like sword coast strategems unless you are an experienced player.
  
  If you mod too much and do it in the wrong order it can make the game unplayable. There are recomennded mod and order lists in those sites as well. Also our forum has bg2 modding section, too:
