Ultra flashy green circles

Hello there, after few years I decided to start a new game, and in my memory, I remember the green circles around my characters were very thin, and not very bright
see here (it's probably BG2 vanilla, but in my first run of BG2 EE, it was possible to have that design for these circles, by editing the .ini right ?)
Now they look like this :
as you can see, they are much, much more bigger and super flashy. I only see that while I'm playing, and it annoys me...
Is it possible to restore the ancient design with some tweaks in the baldur.ini file ? and if yes, what do I have to modify ?

Same here. I've learned that if I can't find an option where I think it should be, its probably in Feedback.
