Regarding a portrait

Does anybody know where this portrait comes from? It's not a custom one it's in with all the others at character creation, I need to find it for when I import my Elf into bg2ee but can't seem to find it anywhere and tbh I've never seen it before? Thank you

    It's Coran's portrait from the Murder in Baldur's Gate PnP adventure module and introduced to BG:EE (BGT/EET) by BG1NPC Project as mentioned here.
    EDIT: I'm not sure that was your question.

    It's the only elf portrait I've found that justifys having 19 str at the end of bg1, with his massive jawline and strong chin!
