Is it possible to steal from the adventurer's mart?

I've always thought this impossible but my friend claims that with a good enough thief it can happen without mods/cheats is that true?

    Ribald's store is impossible to steal from, as is Deidre. You can always tell by looking at the store with a pickpocket-capable character - if they see the "steal" button, the store can be stolen from with good enough skills. If the button isn't there, it can't be stolen from no matter how good your skills are.

    On the other hand, Lady Yuth can be shoplifted from, and Ribald can be pickpocketed on the main screen for a ring of regeneration.

    Among merchants who can be shoplifted from, a pickpocket score of 200 will guarantee success ... with one exception. Bernard is about 30 points harder to shoplift from than anybody else.

    One of the components of my mod Epic Thieving makes it possible to steal from the Adventurer Mart.

    But your Pick Pockets skill will need to be REALLY high, otherwise...
