  Can you try the Cx File Explorer from Google Play?
  
  Cx File Explorer: "Allow Cx File Explorer to access photos, media, and files on your device?" Tap ALLOW
  Tap Main Storage icon.
  Tap Android folder.
  Tap data folder.
  Cx File Explorer: "Please allow the app to access the storage first by following instructions below. Tap USE THIS FOLDER button on the next screen." Tap Ok.
  Tap the giant blue button on the bottom of the screen "USE THIS FOLDER"
  Cx File Explorer: "Allow Cx File Explorer to access files in data?" Tap ALLOW.
  Tap com.beamdog.nwnandroid folder.
  Tap files folder.
  Tap user folder.
  Tap saves folder.
  You should see a list of your save games.

  Thanks for testing. It seems like Google is finally allowing file managers to request permissions to "manage all files" starting in "May 2021". So hopefully we'll see working file managers in a few weeks after they are updated to work on Android 11 with Google's new "manage all files" permissions. Let's check back in a few weeks!
