Missing quest item on iPhone iOS version

I am playing throne of Baha’i right now on iOS and seem to have lost Naylees heart for the Yaga Shura quest. I know on a PC you could generate a list item. Can that be done on the phone? If not any ideas how to find it? It’s not in the bed at the back of the giant home. I checked merchants in case it was sold. I checked the pocket plane. My best guess is it got dropped out of my inventory when it was full?
