Mouse cursor problems

I've noticed during character creation and other times during gameplay that the cursor will change to the windows mouse arrow icon and won't allow me to select anything. Anyone know what causes that?

    @cbarchuk, sounds like you have a Windows process operating in the background that is hogging the CPU. You could use either Task Manager (to open, right click on the Task Bar and select it) or Resource Monitor (open from Windows Administrative Tools) to show what it might be. You can open wither one, then open BG, then see if you can ALT TAB to the ? Manager when it is doing it. Better yet is to have two screens attached, one with the monitor and one with the game (even if you take over the TV for a short while, you just need a cable).

    I had the same problem and have successfully fixed it.
    Start the game and in graphics options change to windowed mode.
    Return to the game and in graphics options change to full screen.
    Return to the game and the problem should be fixed.

    Has anyone resolved this issue? I have the latest version of the game and it's still happening.
