How long does it take to receive the collector" edition for siege

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I have plenty of proof I bought the Collectors edition for BGEE Siege of Dragonspear.
I've contacted beamdog, xsolla, and babka. I even have a support ticket that is a week old and nothing from nobody. Looks like I'm out $160.

i don't want a refund. I want what I ordered or at least to know what happened to my order.
