Bhaal worshiper *without* being a murder hobo?

in Role Playing
Obviously you would still be a murderer as if you weren't that kind of defeats the whole point, but murdering everyone just because he's the god of murder seems a bit shallow. Maybe a bounty hunter could work, murdering people for money, though maybe that leans a bit too much into Malar. Any thoughts? And I know Bhaal is technically just the god of murder hobos, but I would like something more interesting.

Not from a Moral perspective but from a practical one.
Even in a medival Setting, unless the person is a Mercenary who is always fight wars or somthing (which would get tedious and tiring if you did it constantly) how do you succesfully kill every 10 days succesfully, even IRL Serial Killers can go months without killing.
And I won't even want to factor in I doubt the realms have anything close to a billion in population , the realms realistically will be have a population size in the millions , with local colonies vilages and towns having from 100s to thousands then maybe Baldur's Gate having a Million in population and the other big cities too.
But killing in a city every 10 days is not a wise thing.
I feel maybe an "Altruistic" Bhaal worshipper, could maybe say they kill to keep the population size incheak, that murder and death need to be present inorder to makesure species don't become parasitic, therefore they would devise smarter ways to meet thier target of 10 day kills.
Maybe there's a Sect of Bhaals Church (Since religions always splinters, but I doubt God's care as long as it's the same worship) that Kills Smarter, cultivating Magical Plagues, or making disasters, funneling funds from aid and allowing certain monsters such as Vampires or Hags to have an avenue for victims in the city.
I mean Murder is Murder right? It might be an "Evil" Act but the ones commiting don't have to be Evil perse, sometimes they just make bad Judgements and if a cultist of Bhaal can manipulate a Paladin into commiting a little genocide at the side for thier Holy War, I;m sure Bhaal will be pleased.
So Gameplay wise maybe take a utilitarian approach to Murder, kill those who it would benefit faerun to have die, irrelevent of their morals, you are a Child of a God afterall, who else knows best to Judge worthy of Death than a God who hands out death, and requires death to be handed.
