BG2EE - Which mod to use other than SCS?

I have played BG2 numerous times and most with SCS.
What other large scale mods are there instead of SCS that are worth while?

What do you seek ? Quests,NPC, tweaks, banters ?
I would also suggest Crucible from the same author, a difficult area added before the final ToB fight.
As for quests, Acifer have three great quests mods for BG2 : Dark Tidings, Call of the Lost Goddess and Throne of the Mad God.
I would also suggest Lava's Bloodied Stings of Barovia and Juniper's Stone Leech.
And the classic Ascension, which makes the final fight more difficult.
I will check all of these out. Thanks.
Tactics Remix main goal is to offer big challenges.

Which one do most players go for?
As @Trouveur said Tweaks Anthology is great for this. You can make it so NPCs complain but don't leave, you can stop them from fighting if you don't want them to and you can and split up couples if you want (not an issue in BG2 but it can be useful in BG1). Personally, I always play with the NPCs complain but don't leave setting because even though I generally play as good guy I like having Edwin and Viconia in the party. However, I do allow NPCs to fight: I find it entertaining, But then I am easily pleased.
Just to give you an idea take a look at the original Tactics Mod (the one for the pre EE game) last battle with Irenicus
Just to go trough the starting dungeon is something very challenging.
To be true I always played the original mod and still have to try the Morpheus version that is slightly different but in the starting dungeon almost all the ranged ammo are removed so you can't rely on kiting enemies while hitting them ranged, instead of goblins you find strong durgar parties with one or 2 mages and fighters that hit you like trucks, each time you try to rest a group of those durgars spawns right next to you and the Ilylch party is something special: a lev19 Cleric (that in the original mod used to summmon a fallen deva, now removed), a monk that uses quivering palm attacks and on and over...
So your very low level party, without special equipment, has to face something that seems next to impossible but is not so. I had soloed the dungeon more then one time, I had even done it with a Sorcerer that starting at less then 100K xp and without special items is not the end game overpowered character, not just slipping trough the enemies but killing everything and everyone and many players before and after me have done even better.
Be prepared to die a lot, to endure a lot of frustration and failures, but also to the pure joy moment after you at the end win a battle that seemed impossible, you will have fun, a sort of masochistic one, but something special.
I am not the best BG2 player by far but 60% of what me somehow a sort of strong and capable player was learned in that starting dungeon, 35% of the rest playing the rest of the mod and maybe 5% only playing the vanilla game.
