I will just say that this translation is done using Chat GPT so I am not responsible for the quality of it (althugh parts that I read while Chat GPT was outputing them looked pretty good)
I just wanted to play with this mod and don`t know French at all

Ah, you mean the translation was done with ChatGPT? For a moment I thought you meant the original content.

This is probably one of the largest mods; how many other mods have that many items?

I clarified post above to ensure that it is understood correctly.

I took advantage of a necessary update (the mod wouldn't install) to go through the descriptions in English. In 99.9% of cases, everything is fine, but there are a few spell references that are incorrect. For example: “The Eye of Kazgaroth” says “Spell Sequencer for 4 seconds” -> it's “Improved Alacrity.”

I’ll revise the translation when I do the major update that’s planned (v10, +23 spells, +1 option for EET, lots of other things), but for now, all my time is taken up by the Challenges.

Is there an English readme where it informs about the added spells, items and potions?

Are the new spells added using CLASSSPELLTOOL? Just to know for install order purposes.

I tried as hard as I could to use the CLASSSPELLTOOL, but without any conclusive results. I posted a bug report in the thread for this tool, but it didn't receive any response, so no, my mod still uses the old ADD_SPELL system, and as for the other spell mods, the first one installed takes precedence. I’d like to make my spells “not count toward the 50-spell limit” (especially since there are 22 more in v10), but I won’t be able to do it without help.

  v10 is here:

  - Added a (constraining) way for spells not to count toward the 50-spells-per-level limit (SCS)
  - Added a smuggler who sells some of the mod’s items in BG1 (EET)
  - Corrected the English translation
  - Added 7 items, 27 spells, 17 overpowered items for the Chest and 6 potions
  - Very many over things
