[(BG1, BG2) Inconsistency] Some items' activated abilities lack identification requirements (0629)

Current behaviour: The activated abilities of most items cannot be used until those items have been identified — e.g., RING05, the Ring of Invisibility. However, there are some items whose activated abilities are not flagged with the 'Identify to use?' requirement. These items include:
RING03		Ring of Animal Friendship
RING20 Ring of Energy
AMUL15 Shield Amulet
CLCK04 Cloak of the Wolf
CLCK08 Algernon's Cloak
The abilities of these items can be used even whilst the items, themselves, are unidentified.

Suggested behaviour: The Shield Amulet's ability should require identification to be used, as its description explicity states the amulet is "activated by a simple command word and a touch". The others make no such stipulations, but you may want to flag their abilities with the 'Identify to use?' requirement for the sake of consistency.

Games affected: BG1, BG2 (partially), BGEE.

Notes: In BG2, the Shield Amulet's ability is flagged with the identification requirement.

    checking this one now

    [EDIT] Potentially fixed - The listed items no longer grant their abilities without being identified.

    [NOTE] the Cloak of the Wolf and the Ring of Animal Friendship can be identified simply by opening their history panel. Is this behaviour expected?

    @SethDavis

    Do you mean when you right click the item? Then no, that behaviour isn't expected.

    Just one thing though. Were you trying this out in the game? Its possible that the character holding those items had enough Lore to identify them.

    ring03 (animal friendship) has a 30 as lore to id (in bg2). maybe in bg1 it was lower, but otherwise i see no way it was automatically identified, unless you got some high level test char.

    Confirmed Fixed in Build 0803

    The abilities of all 5 items couldn't be used while they were unidentified. As soon as they were identified, the abilities were available.
