Isn't that another name for Talos? So that's an ancient forgotten artifact about a God that remains firm and strong?

    One of Drizzt's companions in the most recent Drizzt books uses a weapon called "Kozah's Needle." Perhaps there's a connection.

    However, apparently that wasn't commom knowledge in the realms, or the historian who hired you would know that already...

    Always wanted more to that quest if you took it. Getting hit by lightning was cool, but it would have been great if some strange character wanted it from you for some reason.

    There kind of is a follow-up...

    If you have both the Kozah Idol and the Ancient Armor from Firewine Dungeon, you can trade them both to the ghost of Ulcaster for the +1 Longsword of the Vampire.

    pft. Complete the quest AND then see if you can kill them.

    But another robe of neutral archmagi, Xan and Neera can stop fighting over that one dress now.

    Shandalar drops a robe of the neutral archmagi, and there is one in the shop at high hold, so with that one there are 3 in the game that I'm aware of.

    Anyone know if there is a second robe of the good archmagi in the game? Imoen and Dysh..whatever, both want one.

    @moopy , there isn't . But ou can give either one bracers of ac 6 - it'll protect them just the same.

    Haha! Indeed it does :)
    They gave different names to the Long Bow of Marksmanship (now The Dead Shot+2) and the Full Plate Mail+1 worn by Tamoko (now Plate of Darkness)
