    So I have to waste an *hour* before the game gets good? Yeah... no. If I have to wait that long before I start having fun, the game isn't worth my time.

    No, it takes an hour of awesomeness that you might not yet realize is awesome because you aren't physically able to handle how awesome it is until your body adjusts.

    Sure, the awesomeness is story related, and you have no idea what is going on at the very first, but you probably are going to hate a lot of good stories if you can't handle being in the dark before the reveal.
