title says all - somehow i doubt this is intended. while trying out the new DD kit i noticed it cannot go over 16 dex in the character creation. not only DD but all dwarf classes.
Oh that's a relief. I just saw the "Dwarf minimum Dex and Cha changed" part in the patch notes, tried to roll a Dwarven Defender, noticed new max stat, and assumed it was nerfed XD
Do you know if his gold trick is broken now too because of it? Only tried it once but it didn't trigger... but it could be me. I'll try it again later.
@HaHaCharade I also tried this with a new character and Firebead didn't seem to be in his normal gold-giving habit. I thought I might have miscounted until I saw your post.

Is this intended? I looked on the notes and it says that the minimum was changed for DEX+CHA.
But according to vanilla behaviour as well as of PnP rules, Dwarves get a - 2 penalty to CHA and a
-1 penalty to DEX at character creation.
current situation (patch 2014):
max Dex allowed: 16
max Cha allowed: 15
should be:
max Dex allowed: 17
max Cha allowed: 16
One controls the base acceptable roll range, while the other applies a flat bonus or penalty to the base.
Or not enough.
Edit: Tested further, and for me halfing wisdom is definately capping at 16, regardless of class, kit, alignment or any other factor I can think of.
Nevermind guys, it works. You just have to wait a second... Gets me everytime
