Kahrk not affected by ogre mage slaying arrow

Just hit Kahrk at firewine bridge with this. Rolled a 20. Feedback: Weapon Ineffective.

Bug, right?

    Oddly enough though it is one I cant replicate... I suspect his prot. from normal missiles is interfering but It is not doing so for me... The arrow of slaying is not only magical but super magical so it should really get him. It should even slay him through mirror images...

    It could be because of SCS. PFMW maybe? Either way the description says "slays on touch" so it should work. If it is because of PFMW it's still a bug even if it wouldn't be there without SCS.

    Ah, mods. I don't do mods. They also could be interfering... I don't know.

    I'm pretty sure SCS contains a component that makes Protection From Normal Missiles protect against magic ammunition as well. That'd be my best guess as to what is causing this.

    SCS changes +1 ammunition to be non-magical and makes Prot from Normal Missiles affect elemental arrows without a +1 or greater magical enchantment.

    Mind you, I'm not exactly sure where the line is drawn.

    Either way, "slay on touch" shouldn't have an issue even if all the damage is blocked.

    Yes. So it looks like this is indeed a bug, but a bug in SCS rather than BGee!
