Melf's Minute Meteors (MMM): Wrong # of Atks per round

Current Behavior:

If the player equips a weapon that boosts attacks per round (Belm, Scarlet-Ninja) on the off-hand while using MMM, the number of attacks per round is reduced to 3.

Expected Behavior:

The Atk per round should either set at 5 or increase to 6.

    Should be set to 5. There should be no off hand weapon in use. I'll see if I can find this one in the beta too...
