    There is the bug with Laurel, the Paladin Lady who asks you to help her kill the gibberlings in the area north of the Gnoll Fortress.

    She doesn't want to initiate the dialogue "Laurel has nothing to say to you".

    Therefore you cannot start the quest (and complete it, btw).

    Intended behaviour : be able to speak with her, situation that will trigger the gibberlings to spawn.
