The Countdown Timer on BG2EE site

Maybe already noticed by other people, but the http://www.baldursgateii.com time is showing as I type this approximately 13hr 15min which I assume means it unlocks.

But I thought it would be a midnight or 10am release on Friday? Early release?

    To me it says 6 hours 11 minutes so I guess it doesn't work properly. (UTC+2)

    The timer indicates it will be released 11:00 AM, November 14 in my time zone. Central Standard Time (UTC-6)

    Then I guess it's an early release for those of us in the EST time zone. 7:00pm EST on the 14th!

    I guess its a pretty good idea not to release it to all at once, it could limit the server stress

    Liam Esler's list is just a listing of the different local times the game is being released in different time zones. Its still being released at the same moment worldwide. Someone in Germany could theoretically begin playing it at the same moment as someone in New York (so 6pm in New York or 12am in Germany).

    You know, adding 18 hours from the timer actually means 6CST (or 7EST) - so you may be right, @Flashburn, but then again, I am doing math at midnight (…)

    I haven't been able to play vanilla BG2 since the release of BGEE so it should feel like a brand new game to me!

    Oh. That's good. That's very good.

    Now... does it apply to Steam as well? Right now it's saying the game will unlock in 1 day and 13 hours. That would be about noon on Friday, or almost a full day after this post claims (I'm in California).
