#7414 [CORE] - Hexxat in Amkethran Tavern Bug

Just informing:

I didn't made hexxat quest in SoA, didn't even took clara in the group in fact (or if i did i immediatly dismissed her, don't remember now) and surely i NEVER meet Hexxat in SoA, however when i entered Amkethran Tavern with my party, a level up sound happened and the message "Hexxat gained special ability: Domination" appeared in my screen.

Just after i found Hexxat at the end of the Tavern... but shoudn't she be still locked in the Tomb? And why don't i have an option to say that i never meet her before?

This bug make no difference for me and don't harm or hinder my progress in any way, but i thought interesting to report it anyway.

    This is intended behavior, but I think it should be changed; if you did not meet Hexxat in SoA, she should not appear in ToB. If you wouldn't mind making a new issue @Gate70 that would be ace :)

    Couldn't move it in the Bug Reporting Database, so I opened a new bug (#7414) and requested 7399 to be closed/removed.
