5703 [CORE, DUPE] - The Slayer ability dissapears after first use

I couldn't find any posts related to this.
Upon using the Slayer ability once, I accept to use it, kill two mind flayers and a beholder, turn back into a half elf and get outta there. It didn't came back after sleeping, I've rested more than once and still not coming back.
