Need to replace old with new - advice please

My motley collection of bg1&2 cds, collected over many years and three different continents, have reached the end of their days. I've got two 4in1 sets (don't ask why) one of which now refuses to install at all and the other won't install ToSC because I don't live in Canada (I know that sounds a bit weird but weird is normal in my world).

Also I've realised from reading posts here that there's a lot of things going on that I've never heard of despite having played through the end of ToB many times like this EE thingy whatever it is.

So I thought I'd go to Amazon, find one big box set that covers the whole lot, press the Empty My Wallet button and live happily ever after - but no joy, not even any mention of these EE editions. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

PS Does anyone know if the scroll of cowkill is still around and where I can find it?
