if you still have the save game files/folders can't you copy and paste them into the save game folder?

@mjs, I have the same problem. I went and copied and pasted them in as you suggested, and the files are all there. However, in-game, they are still not recognized. The same goes for my character files, which I wish to import in BG2ee but cannot because they don't show up in either game. Thoughts? Please actually respond...

Is (BG1 of BG2) part of the name, or do you mean BeamdogBG1 or BeamdogBG2 depending on which game?

    Actually, it's "com.beamdog.baldursgateenhancededition" or "com.beamdog.baldursgateIIenhancededition"

    For BG1EE: Library > Containers > com.beamdog.baldursgateenhancededition > Data > Documents > Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition > save

    For BG2EE: Library > Containers > com.beamdog.baldursgateIIenhancededition > Data > Documents > Baldur's Gate II - Enhanced Edition > save
