So is BG sharing with ID too?

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
Will need a dev response on this. Maybe if I say please? Pretty please?

Since mechanics/classes/races/etc. that go into either enhanced BG is also shared with the other one on account of them using the same engine, will this also be the case for Icewind Dale? I assume the answer is yes, but it would be nice to hear.

    I'm not sure what specific question you're really asking here. If it's whether the kits and races from BG:EE will also be in IWD:EE, then the answer is yes.

    To be more spesific: say you add a new class kit (Pancake Chef) to BG:EE after ID:EE's release, will it then port to ID? Or the other way around. It would be odd to give ID playable Demigorgon Pancake Chefs, but not also let BG have them.
