Steam Release this month ....maybe...plz

I heard this was coming out this month and was wondering if it is coming out on steam at launch, or if it will take a while to reach steam. Thank you!

    Hello, @xzarsrevenge‌ and welcome to the forum!

    An official site says that IWDEE will be released "when it's ready", *likely* within a month.

    And according to the Dee's answer (http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/comment/537839/#Comment_537839) it will be a simultaneous release for all platforms.

    So, as soon as IWD is released, it will come out on steam.

    Atari apparently is no longer in the picture, and as I understand it having to go through them in order to get a patch to Steam (which is what used to be the case) made things more complicated. BGEE 1.3 last week got the patch at the same time as Beamdog customers, so hopefully the situation will be the same for IWDEE.
