From recent experience the critical point was not so much the party rep, he left because I spent too long messing around and couldn't get to the Gnoll fortress in time to deal with Dynaheir. So if your party as a whole can live with that issue then I think his only problem would be if you aspire to sainthood.
I guess it all depends on what your definition of a 'Good' party is. I think Dorn, Shar-Teel, Viconia, Edwin, Kagain and an Elven Assassin are a 'Good' party, none better. Just sayin....

NPCs get angry, but never leave
NPCs remain neutral, never getting happy or angry
I prefer the second one.
