[Known] Priests should not have their priest scrolls disabled.

Repro steps:
1. Start a new game with a cleric pregen.
2. Click on the cast spell button to view your list of memorized spells.
3. Right click on any memorized spell to view its description.
4. Press the Esc key to cancel out of the description and view your priest scroll.
Observed:
The priest scroll is shaded out and disabled and nothing can be clicked on.
Expected:
The priest scroll should not be disabled or shaded out. You should be able to interact with it by clicking.
Notes: It appears that once the priest scrolls are disabled like this they remain disabled until you quit to desktop and launch the game again.

There are at least 8 tickets for the ESC key in various screens, none that I found directly mentioned this issue but it doesn't occur in IWD so looks to have been picked up somewhere along the line.
