[Not an Issue] Nevaziah (Nether scroll lich) does not appear

Trying to permanently recruit Edwin, but for some reason, the lich carrying the scroll does not appear in it's usual spot.

My party is:
My character
Dorn
Korgan
Viconia
Hexxat
Edwin

Any help would be appreciated (console command to trigger the encounter or something)

    @canucklobster‌ zip and attach a save here please. Also advise whether Edwin died between the start of his quest and where you currently are.

    Oops, forgot the save file. Here you go. I don't think he died, although not 100% sure.

    Copy this command into the console @canucklobster‌
    C:SetGlobal("spawnlich","GLOBAL",0")

    It looks as if he has already spawned - will look at the save in more detail now. Is your game modded at all?

    Thanks, that command worked. No mods installed. Thinking back, it is possible that he spawned, but he definitely did not drop the scroll then which resulted in annoying Edwin.

    OK, will mark as not an issue for the time being.

    I don't think he drops a scroll, Edwin just acts as if he does so long as he is within 30 feet so it might just be that.
