2386 dos games have been added to the internet archive, including ADnD Pool of Radiance! I think there is more than a few people here that would want to check it out.

Will Pool of Radiance run on a modern PC? I remember playing and loving that game. I personally liked Silverblades better, but all four were amazing for the time.

I believe they run right in your browser.

Edit: sorry they are in fact .exe files

There's some more nostalgy for you if BG/IWD doesn't cut it anymore.

While I've been hesitant of many gaming journalist sites, I did take a look... and the emulator is kinda meh.

My keyboard's up and down buttons don't work in pools of radiance, and I tried unlimited Adventures and my mouse can run circles around the ingame mouse pointer... and because of that it'll never go to the lower half of the screen.

I'd be really excited this would work on my iPad! Getting closer...

There are several free MS-DOS emulators that are pretty good for running DOS games (for Mac OSX, I use Boxer).

I've been using Doxbox for years on PC. It does it's job well.
