Something wrong with the demilich script in WK?

I have fought him twice since the new patch and I didn't have to worry about Imprisonment even once. Whereas Kangaxx spams it every round, the one in WK seems to prefer melee attacks. Is it supposed to be like that?

I went at him with my fighter/cleric with zero magical protections and just hit him twice with greater whirlwinds.

    This one has a slightly different script setup from Kangaxx so some of its behaviors will be different.

    I imagine that this issue could be fixed simply by removing the wtasight.bcs file from the demilich. This script apparently conflicts with the other script the demilich has (dlich01.bcs). wtasight.bcs is a pretty standard issue script that just makes things attack things that attack them. dlich01.bcs is the imprison everyone and repeat script.

    I've just tried this and the lich cast imprisonment once a round interspersed with other attacks.

    Do you have any mods (e.g. SCS can be configured to prevent imprisonment when playing solo)
