    I have skimmed through Sun Tzu. Some advice is obviously dated, since we don't use chariots or lacquered armor any more, but the basic tenets are still sound. I have never gotten around to von Clausewitz, however. The "v" in von Clausewitz is not capitalized, btw. When used as part of a name, von was originally a preposition indicating that the bearer was of noble descent.

    [01.14] Therefore, if able, appear unable; if active, appear inactive; if near, appear far; if far, appear near.

    Sun Tzu would have had no problem with luring Firkraag into a room full of traps.
