I recently discovered that Rogue Rebalancing is EE compatible....so I restarted my Illusionist/Thief. This isn't a Let's Play or intended to be a walkthrough. I simply wanted to record the journey, from her point of view.

The original plan was to remain solo once I get out of Chateau Irenicus. However, a user on Reddit suggested that I keep Minsc. He would basically adopt me as his new witch. I'm certainly open to other suggestions though, especially as I haven't even made it out of the first dungeon yet.

I'm planning to play here and there during my free time. These entries take a lot longer to write up than I originally expected. I would imagine I knock out at least one new entry every couple of days.

    Nice writing @Pteran! Here's hoping you can keep this up, because BG2 is huge... I also really like the portrait btw!

    Thank you for the vote of confidence guys! Last night was a bit hectic with real life stuff, but I'm planning to work on the next entry tonight.

    It's even better than I could think!

    I especially liked how you depicted Ilyich's group torturing Jaheira and Minsc.

    Maybe you could call them duergars instead of dwarfs - you know, poor dwarfs are not so bloodthirsty as their evil kin.

    Hadn't thought of that. I've updated the text slightly to reflect this =)

    Daunting indeed! I haven't written a new chapter for my BG2 SoA adventures in two months!

    I'm reworking his location to fit him into the party. Now that Scarlett isn't solo she won't level as quickly, meaning I'll want Yoshi around to help with thieving skills. Plus I always enjoyed his story and banters =)

    Yay! :smiley: I suspected his location was simply moved, but just wanted to be sure. :wink:
