Three-digit APR

I'm wondering about the maximum number of total attacks per round a party (and its summoned creatures) can do. It's straightforward to get to 100: five Sword Spiders with Improved Haste give you 40, and with the right party, six members can do 10 attacks each via some combination of GWW, MMM, Improved Haste, and extra APR weapons.

Obviously you can get even more by using Simulacrum, but what's the maximum? I'm not well-versed in Project Image/Simulacrum shenanigans.

Simulacra have full APR for their level, and can also use the caster's HLAs, including Greater Whirlwind Attack (though Minute Meteors is easier).

I believe it's possible to cast Simulacrum followed by Project Image, and then have the Project Image clone repeat the process, until eventually you run out of spells or scrolls. Each simulacrum could cast Minute Meteors and get the extra 10 APR.

The Shadowdancer's Shadow Twin HLAs, which creates a simulacrum, also stacks with itself infinitely, unless they've changed that in the past few months. You can't cast Shadow Twin twice, but each simulacrum can cast it again; each simulacrum just has one less casting of it than the last. A level 40 Shadowdancer could summon 16 Shadow Twins, each of which could add another 10 APR. A full party of them could have 960 attacks per round if they cast Minute Meteors and Improved Haste on themselves using a scroll.

Combine that with five Sword Spiders under Improved Haste, and you've got exactly 1000 APR. Although the Shadow Twins will start vanishing four rounds after you get to that point.

Doesn't work - the more you chain the ability, the weaker the clones get - to the point where they start spawning already dead (I'm not kidding) and even if they survive, clones may also spawn with no items which means they serve no purpose but to use their other abilities to tank damage for a while.

In that case, the other option would be to use Project Image to bypass the summoning cap. Then cast Wish until you get the option to cast Improved Haste on the entire party. With enough spell slots, a single Project Image from all 6 party members should be enough to break 1000 APR, depending on how many critters you get with each casting of each spell (certain summoning spells can summon more by chance).

Aside from sword spiders, the carrion crawlers from Carrion Summons also have 4 APR.

In vanilla BG2, you could use a triple Project Image Chain Contingency on "Helpless" to create four PI clones at once, as casting Project Image the first time would trigger the contingency.

Also, theoretically, you could summon bunnies via Limited Wish and then charm each of them with Domination while under the effects of Improved Alacrity. Each one probably has 1 APR.
