No, I am not new to the forums.

For some reason the banner that goes "New to the forums? Well met! Please read the following rules of conduct for the forums, and we hope you enjoy your stay!" is permanently stuck on the top of the list of threads, along with the ad for Siege of Dragonspear. I know it's supposed to display when you're not logged in and possibly also for accounts that are below a certain age, but I am quite confident I am logged in and that my account here has been around for a while now (at least a few months I reckon!), so it would be nice if I could dismiss it.
