SOD Steam Version Compatible with Mac AppStore version of BG EE?

Hi,

Does anybody know if SOD will work with the Mac AppStore version of BG EE? On Steam it says, that you need a copy of BG EE from Steam to install SOD. Is this true? And will SOD be sold through the Mac AppStore anytime soon? (I am talking MacOS here, not iOS).

    That's right.

    As for the discounts, it's GoG.com, not Steam, that currently has the EEs on sale.
