Mods on Steam?

I recently reinstall the games using Steam (my antivirus software kept telling me that SOD was a virus) and I need to reinstall my mods, however the folder to put those mods in appears to be missing, with only the application file in it's place.

How do I reinstall my mods?

You mean the override folder? You just need to create a new folder and name it "override" and put your stuff in there. It may also be a good idea to use ScottBrooks' Mod Merge tool if you use weidu mods.

This is all good advice, but I'm not really understanding any of it. Before when I was using Beamdog, I had a simple way to get to files. Now, most of those files don't even appear to be there. Sure, the game is fun enough without the mods, but I've played it vanilla so many times that now I just feel like I need the mods.

Right click on the game in your steam app and select "properties". Then select the "Local Files" tab and click on the "browse local files" button. This should take you directly to your game directory.
