Does PST-EE have paln for Chinese Language ?

I mean official plan , not idea

The vocabulary and meaning is too heavy for non-native player

Simplified Chinese or Simplified Chinese are Ok , hope is possible

    Indeed, a Chinese translation would be welcome. I am currently in the process of translating my blog into Chinese. :P

    Is there any unofficial chinese localization yet? If so that is strange, since chinese localization patch is made very quick these days. And I don't think chinese hate planescape ;)
