  for the "timing box" is there an "instant while equipped option" if so, try that

  Unless DLTCEP is just displaying it differently, you need (Probability: 0-100), not (Probability: 100-100).

  @Sarevokok there should be a "permanent after death" duration value in the "duration" box. I've used it plenty on my items. This is (obviously) located in the Effect box containing the "Aura Cleansing" opcode
  That is for PERMANENT EFFECTS!
  
  In order to use Aura Cleansing ONLY WHILE EQUIPPED, just set duration to While Equipped.
  There is no Special Effect Icon for "Aura Cleansing". You'll have to add that yourself via the corresponding opcode.
  
  EDIT: You'll also need the percentages at "0-100"
