Forum-uploaded images in spoiler tags not always working? Also draft to new discussion maybe borked.

When I check the No Reload thread, I see this:
However, when I check my own post (which the images there are hosted on puu.sh), it comes up fine.
Furthermore, this isn't consistently happening - in a post further up the page, we get this:
As far as I can tell, this only affects images in spoilers, though that's a hard assumption to back up since every image on that page of the thread that's uploaded via the forums is in a spoiler tag.
On an unrelated note, posting a new discussion from a draft doesn't allow me to select the category - the drop down box opens, but it won't actually let me pick any options.
