Redeemed Game doesn't show up on 'My Games'

... and of course the installer doesn't let me install the game (BGEE) saying 'Your account isn't provisioned for the title'. However I did enter the redeem code (and when I do that a second time it says the redeem code already has been used).

    I gifted the gema to a freind he reddem but nothing happend :-(

    I've had problems with gifted games as well, but I expect Beamdog Customer Support should be able to help you. I think you could contact them through the Support heading at the top of these Forums or by email at support@beamdog.zendesk.com
