Trouble with the Cult of the Eyeless quest

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I’m trying to do the Cult of the Eyeless quest line but I can’t enter the base from the sewer. If I tap on it, just says “...for the time being, there is no way to pass.” I have Keldorn as a companion, and I’ve seen the whole speech thing in the temple district. It says that I’m supposed to go talk to a preist in Helms Temple and if I talk to him with a companion he tells me that Gorions Ward needs to talk to him but if I talk to him with Gorions Ward then he says that Helm doesn’t need me. What do I do?

    Are you talking to the right priest in the temple? There's one who gives you this quest and one who gives you other quests later on.

    Is it the High Watcher Oisig you're talking to? Looks like you just talked to Telwyn.
    Also check that Oisig is in the temple, otherwise seek him outside.
