No saved games. Please help!

I just purchased IWD:EE and created my own party. I was using the quicksave option and also created my own saved game.

Came back to continue my game but when I click on the Load Game button nothing is there.

I am using Windows 10.

Is there something simple I'm missing here? I'm not the most computer savvy person so any help would be most appreciated.
