  Yes, I know where to get my CD key, but I was only asked to enter keys in Steam.
  
  Where/How do I enter the CD key so I can play without going through Steam?

  You download the game via the Beamdog client and play multiplayer that way and avoid Steam altogether.

  Well, in the Beamdog Client, it just sits there forever and never actually downloads anything.
  This is after an hour of waiting... ( I am connected with green dot at bottom of client)

  Make sure you click on the language button in the Beamdog Client on the Drop-down and manually pick Head Start (see English-Head Start on the screenshot below)!

  Oh My God! - That could have been a bit more intuitive. Who would have thought that the Language drop-down (which defaults to English) needed to be changed to select the game version? JUST WOW!
