nwtoolset.exe Abnormal Program Termination

I get this every time I try to open the toolset (Win10)

I tried to uninstall and re-download thru the BD client. Also had it verify download.

I tried deleting nwtoolset.exe and copying it over from the computer that it works on.

I added nwtoolset.exe to the list of allowed things in Windows Defender settings.

Suggestions?

Advice how to completely uninstall so I reinstall?

    In this case, I had cancelled the OneDrive trying to sync with MyDocuments (including the NeverwinterNights directory contained inside). After doing that, it apparently messed up the files enough that the toolset would not run.

    Uninstalling from the Beamdog Client and reinstalling was not enough. I did that, deleted the NeverwinterNights directory in Documents and the NWN related folders in the Beamdog Library directory. After it re-downloaded and installed it works again.
