  I am getting this as well. Problematic when it closes my game for me at an inopportune time

  Including a DX diag, or other system information would also be appreciated. Are you getting it when running specific modules? Right away when running the game?
  
  Could you check to see if any log-files for this even have been filed that match the time-stamp of when the crash occurred? If so, attaching them would be super-helpful!
