    I love, love, LOVE the woman with black panther. I'm working on a new female druid or sorceress character with a black cat or panther, animal companion or familiar, that I'm calling Felina Mooncat. This pic is perfect.

    Here's my first attempt at a crop to original BG proportions. The problem is, I want the whole cat face in the portrait, which makes me have to cut off the top of the woman's head. I guess this is a good compromise. It looked pretty good in game.

    I also love the picture of the male barbarian next to the lion, as well as the one holding a sickle (but not the severed heads.) The trouble with the first one is that the lion's face is too far out of frame for a BG portrait if I want both the lion and the man in the portrait, and the trouble with the second one is that he is holding the sickle out of frame.

    The character concept is for a barbarian male I'm calling Todek Lionclaws, and I'm imagining him wearing animal furs and leathers with lots of lion totem symbols, like maybe a medallion, and dual-wielding either daggers, short swords, sickles, or kamas.

    @LadyRhian, thanks again, that last batch had several that are really good for Felina Mooncat, and I got a couple that reminded me of Todek Lionclaws, at two different ages (one in cocky youth and one in late tribal elder maturity). I pulled them out and saved them on my computer. I think what I'll do is to start art folders for each of my new character concepts, and start a new portrait collection.

    Even if I can't crop them into BG size, I can still peruse the collections to fuel and inspire my imagination for my roleplaying sessions.

    @LadyRhian You have a great eye for alternate NPC portraits. I immediately thought of Shar-Teel when I saw this. Now that's what a woman's quadriceps should look like when she has an 18/52 STR! ^.^
